Walk forward and talk to the little girl with brown hair. She'll tell you that she's lost her stuffed teddy bear, Rosie. Now, set off to find it. Find the two boys on the western path and talk to each of them. Now punch the smaller child to earn your "bad deed" points (though they don't accumulate yet) and receive the TEDDY BEAR. Start heading back towards the center of Oakvale and you'll be stopped and reprimanded by a guard. Once he's done talking, find the little girl and give her the Teddy Bear (you'll get "good deed" points, but I don't think they can be avoided). Now go talk to your father to get your GOLD COIN.
