Go to the center of Oakvale and find the woman complaining about her missing husband. Talk to her, then head back towards your house. Go behind the row of houses to find her husband with another woman. Talk to him, and when he offers you a gold piece to keep your mouth shut, take it. You'll get bad deed points and a GOLD COIN.
