Access the map and take the Wasp Menace quest card. Exit through the large doors to the outside world. Start down the path and you'll be greeted by a frantic villager. Continue ahead and you'll come to a beggar and a bully. Talk to the bully, choose not to join him and gang up on the beggar. Instead, talk with the beggar and agree to help him get rid of the bully.

Move in front of the bully and use the Fart expression. -- cut-scene --
