Follow the yelling villager into the Picnic Area. -- cut-scene --

Kill the single wasp attacking the villager right in front of you. Move up and take out another small group of wasps. These guys are as easy to kill as the beetles you fought earlier. -- cut-scene --

Hang back and let the new batch of wasps come to you, then kill them. Now you can attack the queen with your combat style of choice (melee, ranged or magic). When she spits out another batch of small wasps, take them out and get back to hitting her with attacks. Once she drops to the ground, move up and hit her with a killing blow. -- cut-scene --

There are a handful of items here that you can grab. When you're ready, press down on the D-pad to bring up the map screen, then choose to teleport back to the Heroe's Guild.
