If you want or don't care about bad deed points, hit Twinblade with your weapon to begin another battle with him.

In this battle you'll not only have to deal with Twinblade, but his lackeys will come after you, as well. If you have a spell like Force Push or Enflame, this would be a good time to use it as you'll be surrounded often during this battle.

After the battle, take the path branch to find a chest with a Diamond, then exit the area to complete the mission. Now head teleport back to the Heroe's Guild for your next task.
