Exit the village back to Witchwood Lake by following the yellow map marker.

Head down the winding path to the lake, where you'll find the White Balverine waiting for you. As you start attacking him, he'll repeatedly call for backup. Each time he does this, another regular balverine will enter the area and come after you. If you can, just focus your attacks on the white one until you've killed him. After killing him, don't forget to pick up the White Balverine Head. Now you can take out the others with relative ease.

When you're done, head back to Knothole Glade. Go through the main gates and speak with the village leader by the monument. Take the items from him, collect your quest rewards and teleport back to the Heroe's Guild for your next mission.
