Go down the nearby steps and through the door to begin the Rescue Scarlet Robe quest. There are no enemies in this first area, so just make your way to the yellow map marker and go through the door.

Make your way to the center of this area and you'll be locked in with a bunch of undead. Take them out to remove the seals from the doors. You can head down the dead-end path if you'd like to find a Resurrection Phial. When you're done, go towards the yellow map marker. Watch out for a Spore on your way there. You can take it out from a distance with Lightning or an arrow. Continue ahead and go through the door.

There are two paths here, but you'll come back through this area later, so you can just take the left one for now. Access a chest up ahead to find a Lightning Augmentation. Continue through the area towards the yellow map marker.

Once again, you'll be locked in a small area with a handful of enemies. Just kill them all to remove the seal on the door, then go through.
