Head to the center of this area, taking out guards along the way. Once at the center, you can take the dead-end path to find a Resurrection Phial. Now continue towards the yellow map marker to find a large room.

In this room are a bunch of guards. After taking them out, search the bottom floor for a bunch of barrels and two chests, one with an Obsidian Katana inside, the other containing a Dark Leather Chest. Now go upstairs to find a few more barrels and a door to the Torture Chamber. -- cut-scene --

Use the nearby lever to open the jail cell, then exit through the right door. Head back downstairs and take out the guards, making sure to protect your mother from any attacks. Now head towards the center of the area. -- cut-scene --
