After the cut-scene, take Arban's Thaumaturgica from the table near the fireplace to begin the Gateway to Hook Coast quest. Head back to the Map Room and speak with the Guildmaster. After your conversation, teleport to the Hook Coast. -- cut-scene --

Head all the way back to the seal covered entrance. Stand by the seal and wait for the Guildmaster to complete his chant. -- cut-scene --
