You must have a combat multiplier of 14 or higher to open this door. The easiest way to get that multiplier takes a little traveling. Teleport from the door to Lychfield Cemetery, IT'S IMPORTANT YOU TELEPORT FROM GREATWOOD CAVE SO YOU CAN QUICKLY TELEPORT BACK HERE.

Now head through to the Old Graveyard Path, then to the Circle of the Dead, Underground Chamber, Underground Tunnel, then finally, the Cliffside Path. The enemies here will continually respawn, so just cast Physical Shield and start killing enemies. The fastest way to build up the multiplier is to use Enflame repeatedly. Since you'll lose some of your multiplier while transporting back to Greatwood Cave, wait until you've got at least a 30 multiplier going before you do so. Behind the Demon Door is the legendary weapon, the Cutlass Bluetane.
