If you have 7500 Gold and a Trophy worth at least 1000 Gold, head to Oakvale and make your way over to this house. Access the sign out front and purchase the house. Choose not to rent the house.

Now, go to the sign that just appeared outside and choose to upgrade the house decoration. This will give you an empty plaque where you can mount a trophy. Before using it, though, punch your front door to destroy it.

Now, go up to the plaque and put your most valuable trophy on it. If you plan on doing this cheat/exploit several times, you might want to assign the trophy to the D-pad.

Leave the house and access the sign out front again. Choose to sell the house, which will now be worth more than what you paid for it since it has a trophy inside. Now you can go back in and take the trophy off the plaque since there's no front door there, and start the process over again.

If you use the Bandit Seal trophy, which you can get pretty early on, you can earn 1000 Gold each time you do this.
