This one is easy. Just go to Cliffside Path (you'll go here for the first time on the Rescue Scarlet Robe quest) and start killing undead. Since they continually respawn and are easy kills, you'll be able to build up a high multiplier and rack up the experience.

To enhance the experience, use Enflame to take them out in bunches, and Physical Shield to insure you don't lose your multiplier.
