Take the Protect/Attack the Orchard Farm quest from the Heroe's Guild, then head to the Orchard Farm to begin the quest. As soon as it starts, head to the docks past the orchards and fish off the back dock. After receiving the Silver Key, Hero Save, then load the Hero Save you just made.

After the save loads, you'll be back outside of the Orchard Farm. You'll have the new Silver Key in your inventory, but the orchard farm will still have a new Silver Key waiting for you at the dock. Walk right in to begin the quest again and repeat the process.

You can do this over and over again until you have all 25 Silver Keys needed to open every chest in Albion.
